Return Policy

30-Day Return Process

We are confident you'll be satisfied with your purchase, but if you aren't we're ready to assist with a return and timely refund. You can return anything from your order within 30 days of the date of delivery. Returned products must be in original, unused condition with tags and labels still attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return that is not in this condition. We'll notify you if we do not accept your return and send your product back to your shipping address.

We'll apply credit for the returned items in the same method you used to make your purchase within 15 days of receiving and processing your return. Refunds include the full value of the product, but not shipping and handling fees.

If returned merchandise is received after 30 days from the order delivery date, you will be offered a store credit to be used at performancefooting.com for the same value as the returned merchandise (less original order shipping charge). Returned merchandise received 31 days or more past the original order date will be subject to a 7% restocking fee. In no cases, will returns be accepted after 90 days from the date your order was placed.

Damaged Product

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Orders are shipped by freight services which require more time for transit than normal package delivery services. Receiving Your Order

Your freight shipper will call to make a delivery appointment so be sure to provide a good telephone number for this purpose. Please ensure your availability to meet the truck, inspect the items and sign to accept delivery. Freight may be returned or storage charges may accrue if your order is not received within 72 hours of notification.

Damages

PerformanceFooting.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
